It Takes A Team To Make You Smile!

As we glide, race, or in some cases, bump through the second week of 2020, what are you thinking about? We usually write our first post of the year here at San Francisco Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Loev’s office about resolutions and list things that we want to change about ourselves or something we want to achieve. This time we decided to write about “Gratitude” and someone that is very special to our dental family and has been an instrumental part of our team over 28 years. Today happens to be Dr. Loev’s lead assistant, Elizabeth’s birthday. Happy Birthday, Beth! Elizabeth, or Beth as we affectionately call her, has been part of Dr. Loev’s team longer than anyone else. Her gentle, empathetic patient care is only surpassed by her skill in providing excellent, artistic and top-notch clinical dental care.

Why is this important? “I love going to the dentist!” said very few people in their lives. However, when it comes to Dr. Loev, Beth, and our hygiene dentist Dr. Heinic (almost 26 years on our team), this is a pretty common phrase. We are fortunate to have them as part of such a fantastic team.

What makes people like going to the dentist? We asked some of our patients that made these positive comments what made them like coming to see us, and this is just a few of the comments that we received.

-Beth is very gentle when she works on me that I almost fall asleep.

-Dr. Heinic is like a friend and really cares about me as a person as well as a dental patient.

-Dr. Loev is so sweet and always makes me smile and laugh.

-The office team greeted me by name just by looking at me on my second visit.

-They always have my special pillow and blanket waiting for me when I come for visits.

-They shift their lunch hour to see me, so I don’t have to take care of me so that I don’t have to miss work.

-Dr. Loev always has a hug waiting for me when he sees me and personally hangs up my coat like I’m a guest in his home.

For over four decades San Francisco Dentist Dr. Edward L. Loev, DMD, has enjoyed coming to work to care for his patients and be with his team. It seems that his enthusiasm has paid off, as his dental family continues to thrive, and his practice continues to grow. As we continue into 2020, Dr. Loev resolves to 1) Have the best year yet! 2) Do even more to exceed his patients’ expectations of care and service 3) Express his gratitude to his team more often 4) Get back to the gym at least 3 days per week.

Dr. Loev and his team want to thank all of their amazing patients’ for their trust and loyalty over the years and look forward to continuing to smile together with them and any new patients that need a new dental home for years to come.
